What characterizes our project is a bespoke habitat - paying homage to the historic architecture while elevating the
elements into a cozy retreat. We were able to preserve the original footprint of the space; every door, ceiling
medallion, molding, and the early 1900’s tongue and groove hardwood floor. We transformed the interior archetype
into a rich color pallet with vintage inspired furnishings to make you feel right at home.

Have a client visiting from another state or overseas? There’s no better way to make an impression than with a
jaw-dropping “staycation”. A unique kind of hospitality where guests have a chance to go off-line, refresh and enjoy
T1RH livable design experience. We like to think of it as a human charging station, where you can rise to the morning
sun in the primary suite and enjoy beautiful sunsets on the private terrace.

Explore your culinary skills in our fully-equipped kitchen. T1RH is curated to people who seek a one-off design
experience and if you don’t feel like a cheffin’ it up, we can arrange one for you. If you’d like to dine out, we can get
you just about any reservation in the city.

Take a quick cold plunge in our original/restored 1900’s clawfoot tub, host an incredible pop-up dinner, or just get

Looking up at the original skylight 15’ above, you may catch a shooting star, a full moon, or maybe a ufo. There’s
nothing better than an insta-hot, spacious shower with great water pressure. The floor to ceiling handmade zellige tile
isn’t too shabby either.
LOUNGE AROUND
The maximized space with two separate lounge areas offer endless options to kick back and relax. Work, live, chill
and lounge on the couch, take a nap on the daybed, or read a book in our thoughtfully curated micro library.
